PA60WIM

PA60WIM is an event station run by radio amateurs from Breukelen. From 8 October to 4 november 2016 can be made with these compounds station. PA60WIM comes from three locations: Amersfoort, Breukelen and from a fishing boat in the North Sea / Wadden Sea near Den Helder.

Big Frans, PC2F has been honoring the 60th birthday of Wim Schuiten (PE1EZU) call PA60WIM requested by the Radiocommunications Agency. Wim is fanatical ATV- amateur and works from one of the finest locations in ATV Breukelen.

In the piglet group several original ideas were suggested to give a memorable gift Wim for reaching this special milestone. Eventually it was decided to fêteren Wim on a day at sea fishing company Stella Den Oever. In addition to radio amateurism are fishing and boating other major hobbies Wim.

On Sunday 23 October go 6 piglets with Wim with a boat on the North Sea (Wim already jokingly calls it "The amateur sea show.?) and we will be on the HF bands from the North Sea / Wadden Sea on-air and on 2 meter. At sea we work with QRP. From the main land is transmitted on substantially on all frequencies with the prevailing output powers.
